Our Founder and CEO, Steven Zhang, has been at the forefront of rapid tooling and prototyping for over 18 years. Steven is a qualified project engineer with a vast and varied knowledge of injection moulding, primarily for the export market. He has worked for both Chinese and western companies as a process engineer, where he also learned the important nuances of undertaking business with ‘western’ companies and what is important to them when manufacturing in China.

Steven is a hands-on engineer, with extensive knowledge of quick turn tooling and sheet metal and die-cast techniques and likes to personally review every order which is placed with his firm. This ensures strict quality control and also an important second set of eyes over each project, to ensure nothing is missed and projects are managed and allocated correctly.

Many companies in China are exceptional at engineering, but do not understand the importance of reliability and customer service when dealing with the western client. NICE Rapid comes into its own in this respect, with English speaking staff always on hand to deal with any queries, either by email or over the phone. Emails are always promptly replied to and the telephone is always answered in a friendly manner, which allows us to stand out from our competitors as a business that you can trust.

Monica studied English for four years in university. After graduation she worked for one year as a foreign trade in a company. She gained a lot of experience about foreign trade before she joined the Nice family in 2017.

At Nice, Monica’s role has steadily evolved, first as a rapid prototyping project assistant, then sales engineer. She has gained a lot of practical knowledge in the prototyping along with sales experience.

Monica’s current role as quotation specialist is to manage the daily quotation of the internal sales team, to improve our current quality of quotation, optimize sales related processes.

In this methods, she hopes to carry out the company’s sales strategy and to achieve our sales target.

Catherine, an ambitious and open-minded girl who started to work at the young age of 18. Over 12-years working experiences, 8 out of 12 years, I have been specializing in the filed of international trade and gained broad experience in both purchase and sales across different industries and regions, which allows me to efficiently manage customers’ order by providing cost-effective products at lower risk delivery terms.

Two years of on site working with prominent western colleagues, I have explored entirely different mindset which helped to improve my logical thinking capability and working approach that benefits to not only my own career but also the project of my clients to be completed promptly and smoothly.

Looking back the over decade, I found myself have been enjoying working in the foreign trade filed. With this interesting and realizing the demand growth of the rapid tooling along with the growth of the Chinese manufacturing drove me to devote myself to Nice which with full of strong western culture and management policy and strategy. I believe that the like-minded us could bring our best to all of our customers from all over the world.
